I’ve ordered many parts from them and am always very pleased with the quick delivery, the staff are helpful and knowledgeable. I recommend them to anyone needing parts or advice.

These guys are a wealth of information and very friendly. I ordered some parts to be put on “Will Call”. I live an hour and a half away. When I arrived to pick them up, the parts had already mistakenly been shipped out. They re-pulled all parts and just asked me to drop off the the parts that were mistakenly shipped the next time I was in town. Don’t often see that kind of service these days.

I have had a few Phone/Mail Order dealings with Bird Nest in the past, so we decided to stop by on one of our Road-Trips. Although it was early on a Monday, Don was extremely helpful and took us on a tour of the Facility and Parts Department. Very impressive! We ended up getting several items, including a few hard-to-find used Parts, which Don made us a great deal on! This place is amazing. I recently bought a 1965 Thunderbird convertible, that needed quite a bit of restoring. I placed an order for over 5000.00 dollars. This included rechromed bumpers. I recieived all correctly and in good shape. Within a month I sent back the old bumpers for a core charge. No problem at all. the core charge went directly back into my account without delay. You cannot go wrong with this company.........They are all very helpful and friendly. And you can get just about everything you need. Good job Bird Nest.
