Les Schwab Tire Center

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I had an amazing experience at Les Schwab today. I went in missing my rim key and couldn’t get the locking lug nuts off to repair my tire. They charged me $99 to remove the locking nuts, but then went above and beyond by fixing my tire for free. What really stood out was the customer service. I had already been to several other tire shops that couldn’t remove the locking nuts at all, but this location had no problem getting it done. They were professional, helpful, and genuinely kind throughout the entire process. They took a huge amount of stress off my shoulders, and I’m incredibly thankful for their help. Truly outstanding service—highly recommend. Cody O. and Tony are awesome!

I've always taken all my vehicles to Les Schwab, this one in West Linn particularly the last 4 years. They've always given me benchmark customer service and done stellar service work. Michael has always had my best interest and taken good care of my cars. The shop is always clean, in a good location and everyone is helpful and professional. I wouldn't take my car anywhere else! Recent brake work, solid!

Ive been a loyal customer since 89, when I got my first pickup and got some wheels put on. This location in West Linn offers benchmark service and I have confidence in that they will always take care of my ride. Particularly Michael, he is super friendly, knows a lot about cars and listens to what my needs and wants are when it comes to upgrades, I won't go anywhere else. I appreciate everyone at that location that has taken good care of me!

Would not recommend. I went in to get an alignment for my project car. After I dropped off my car, I got a call from them saying they can’t do the alignment unless I get my tires replaced. I told them I had an appointment at Costco the following week to replace them. He said “I’m not gonna go out on a limb for you if we’re not gonna get your business in the end.” I came here to get an alignment, that’s all I want. They refused to do an alignment on my car because I was getting tires elsewhere. Strange place with strange people. I recommend not going to these guys.

Mike at West Linn Schwab was immaculate with the customer service. Didn’t belittle my small ask and went above and beyond. There was another younger gentleman who did the same a few months ago. Top notch operation
