My man Charlie provided excellent customer service; answered all our questions carefully so we could understand and addressed concerns prior to me picking up my vehicle. He made the process very easy and comfortable, explained the warranties available clearly and even discounted the warranty I purchased for my vehicle. I really didn’t want to look anywhere else afterward. I am very satisfied with my new purchase if I do say so, I would definitely recommend Biscayne Auto Sales!

Saw the Chevy Avalanche on their website called and drove an hour and half to meet Charlie and take it it for a test drive. He met us and was very friendly and accommodating. We loved the truck and wanted to purchase. It took a while for our finances to come around but Charlie was more than willing to work with us. We have now picked up the truck and have it at our home. Thanks to Charlie we now have this beautiful truck and couldn't be more happy with it. Would highly recommend if you are buying a vehicle from Biscayne, Charlie is your guy.

Just bought an F-150 at Biscayne Auto sales I looked at several dealerships Dodges and Fords and found a great condition vehicle that fit my needs and my budget very friendly staff and owner. His prices were very competitive and I feel I got the best deal!! After searching Facebook marketplace and driving all the way to Rochester to test drive other vehicles the best one was right in my hometown Ontario

A wonderful car shopping experience . Charlie and Staff were amazing during vehicle hunting . During car shopping I went to many dealers , but thankfully made my way back to Biscayne auto. I love my GMC and I will be back when I shop for my new truck ! I would recommend anyone to them.
