My brother recommended this mechanic when we thought there was an issue with our brakes on our car. They got us in quickly and took a look and determined that there was not an issue with our brakes. They were extremely honest with us and didn't even charge us a diagnosis fee. They say an honest mechanic is a very hard thing to find. If that's what you're looking for, you have found it. I would recommend Elias to any friends or family members that needed automotive work done. It is a huge relief to find an honest mechanic who will do a good job and tell you truthfully exactly what's wrong with your vehicle. Even when it doesn't benefit them financially. I won't even consider going to another mechanic now that I have found Bisharat automotive.

Elias has always been so reliable and is one of the only people I trust in the Pocatello area. I was recommended by a friend a few years ago and have only gone here since. He’s trustworthy and gives fair prices. If you’re looking for a good shop, this is by fair the best in Pocatello.

This mechanic is an absolute scam artist! I brought my car in for a simple repair, and not only did they fail to fix the issue, but they had the audacity to charge me an outrageous amount for nothing. The car runs exactly the same—maybe worse—and they couldn’t even explain what they supposedly “worked on.” Shady, unprofessional, and a total waste of money. Avoid this place like the plague unless you enjoy getting ripped off!
