I have never bought a new car before. I know I bombarded staff with questions, but I was never made to feel like a bother. I spoke directly with the finance manager, Chad, and salesman, Sam. All interactions with them were beyond my expectations. They allowed me a test drive, and Sam even sat with me and helped me hook up my phone before I left the parking lot. After taking the car for a test drive and falling in love with it, I was shocked to find that Chad was able to find me an even BETTER finance rate. With a better finance rate, I was able to get some additional features added to my car (tire protection and ceramic coating). Awesome experience, with a great team from sales through service. Our sales person, Sawyer Jordon was outstanding and delivered top notch customer service. He knew the product and made great vehicle recommendations and was enjoyable to work with. His focus was on meeting our needs, low pressure and not pushing product just to sell. Have not had a chance yet to use the service department but my wife and I did meet Kathy Strong (Service Advisor) who is extremely friendly and overall, very knowledgeable/passionate about service (she know all about my 6.2L recall on 2023 GMC truck). I had Sawyer, and he was the best salesperson I’ve ever talked to. The whole place seemed quick, and everyone was easy to talk to. Definitely one of the best places to look for new or used vehicles.

Clay was no nonsense and straight to the point about working out a deal and making the most of incentives. He handed it off to Sawyer who did an excellent job of going over everything to make sure it was as it was supposed to be. The financing side of the house was pleasant too. No one was pushy, no-one was dishonest, they went out of their way to make sure I was happy with the deal. When my lease is up I'll be happy to come back for my next vehicle.

I couldn't speak more highly of Scott! He was so kind and helpful from start to finish. I'm incredibly happy with my Acadia as well. The trade on process was easy and I was given a fair amount. I plan to continue coming back for our business needs.
