I took my car to check why the windshield fluid didn’t come out. Of course I was told it’s a free inspection I was told the Front and rear pumps did not work seemed very strange to me. Both pumps would go out at the same time considering they are separate. The quote for the front pump was $320. Also sounds ridiculous most of it being labor. I made an appointment to get it done after much consideration. I had to cancel that appointment due to something that came up. I rescheduled it was a week or two out and I completely forgot about it about a month later I got a bill. I believe for $59 I assume for looking the vehicle over but if it’s free then why did I get a bill now another month later I get another bill same amount of money I assume this will continue But miracle of miracles guess

I have been a loyal customer of Dagwood’s for years and have spent thousands of dollars there. Until now, I had never had a problem. I went in for a routine oil change and mentioned my windshield wipers were making noise. I was told the issue was the wiper transmission and declined the repair due to cost. They made it seem like no big deal just whenever you can get in to repair it. After leaving and using my wipers briefly in light rain, I immediately noticed a crack in my windshield that was not there before my visit. I returned right away (after picking my daughter up from school since it was being let out in 10 mins) and reported it. The employee claimed the crack was caused by me using my wipers, and management refused any responsibility, stating there was nothing they could do. I was

Great place for car repairs and service. We’ve taken 4 different vehicles here for a wide range of repairs and service and they have always come through with quick service and very reasonable prices. I’ve never felt pressured into doing a repair whether it was necessary or otherwise. Hunter at the front is always friendly and helpful. The mechanics, with what little actual interactions I have had with them, are always professional and explain issues well. Usually quick to get you in within a few days and have only once had to leave a car longer than a day which was due to an unforeseen part being needed, but it was there first thing next day.

I have been a long term customer.. This time was a blessed experience… they really know how to treat people.. shout out to the entire staff and the owner .. I would highly recommend!!!!!
