BEEN USING THIS COMPANY FOR A LONG TIME NOW AND FOR THE MOST PART ITS BEEN GOOD UNTIL IT ISNT. PURCHASED A MOTOR FOR A SUBARU FOR A CUSTOMER OF OURS. INSTALLED ENGINE BUT IT WOULD NOT RUN. FOUND ENGINE TO HAVE VERY LOW COMPRESSION ON 2 CYLINDERS. HAD TO JUMP THROUGH HOOPS FOR BISHOPS TO WARRENTY IT AND GET A REPLACMENT. NOW THIS CAR HAS NEVER LEFT OUR SHOP SINCE THE FAULTY USED ENGINE WAS INSTELLED . AFTER GETTING ENGINE INSTALLED AND RUNNING GOOD WE GAVE IT BACK TO THE CUSTOMER AND ALL IS WELL. FAST FORWARD, WE CALLED BISHOPS FOR A MOTOR ON A DIFFENT CAR. COULD NOT GET THROUGH, NO CALL BACK. AFTER ABOUT 3 DAYS WE GOT THROUGH. SEEM THAT IF YOU USED THE WARRENTY THAT BISHOPS SELL YOU TO PROTECT THE CUSTOMER AND YOUR LABOR THEY WILL BLACK FLAG YOUR COMPANY FROM BUYING ANY MORE PARTS

Jason is always incredibly helpful and responsive. Everyone I encountered on the team made this a very pleasant experience…very helpful, efficient and kind. This is now my go-to place!

From the moment I first called, to the time of my purchase, Brandon was fantastic. He answered every single question I had big and small. I could tell he genuinely cares about his customers he was very sympathetic and listened to what was going on. I truly don’t think you can find those kinds of people in the workforce much anymore. EXCEPTIONAL.... We have a fleet of used trucks... When we need larger parts like transmissions, engines or axles, Bishops is our choice... Eric, Lou and Rico are quick to answer the phone and provide a solution... Their salvage yard is clean and tidy... They know what they have and consistently deliver at a fair and competitive price... We will continue using them and you should too...
