Bish's RV of Great Falls

Having purchased two other rvs prior to my experience with Bishs in Great Falls, I have experience and feel confident to share this is by FAR the best dealership I’ve interacted with. The sale perspective - our sales associate was knowledgeable, listened to our needs and did not push any sales agenda. No four square box, no how can we get you into an rv today - refreshingly there were absolutely no high pressure tactics. We didn’t even buy on the first interaction but the sales associate stayed in contact with us for several months eventually finding us a better option. The sales process was hassle free from start to finish, they even squeezed in a fifth wheel hitch installation on a short timeline so we didn’t lose our upcoming paid for camping trip. I just recently purchased a travel trailer from this location and the gentlemen here have been nothing but awesome to work with. My trailer was missing a couple of parts, which I was totally fine waiting for. And within a couple of days later, the parts came in and they installed them. These guys are genuine workers, who care about their work. 10 out of 10. Great establishment.

Worst experience ever! Thought we were getting great service when we ordered our fifth wheel, but once they took our money and handed over our RV we were ghosted. Couldn't get ahold of anyone; no one would return our calls or texts. It took months to get answers to our problems and the items that were damaged replaced in our brand new fifth wheel. We finally had to call the manufacturer directly to get the items since we never got a straight answer from Bish's. The warranty they sold us is worthless, what they told us it covered it doesn't. Brand new trailer and we are having huge issues; the main one being an electrical issue (the final walk thru was rushed). We were directed to Corp for the so called RV repair but were informed once we made the call we had to pay upfront for repairs and

Bish's Greatfalls service department is horrible. Communication doesn't deserve 1 star. 135k unit in for warranty service work 2 months for a simple fix. We had to call weekly to get updates and nothing. When we went to get our RV without being fixed they told us they couldn't get it to repeat our concern. Walked outside and looked up at the awning it was still not closed but they couldn't seem to get it to do that.. Waste gulper needed to be replaced still not fixed.. Do not take your rv to them for repairs go to Brett' or somewhere else. Before you say sorry about your experience I would fire your front staff and figure out how to fix your business..it doesn't take much but you aren't even hitting minum customer service.. if there was negative stars I would give them.. very disappointed

BUYERS BEWARE!!!! Poor service department with lousy customer service skills !!20August 2026, I purchased a 2026 Forest River 5th wheel 32 suite, from Bish RV Great Falls. We went on a 2 day trip and discovered some minor issues; the kitchen sink plastic plug was broken, bathroom mirror not lighting up, external storage door needed adjustments, a door open hook added, and the hot water tank did not work. We scheduled an appointment for 05 September 2026 for repairs. At that date we informed the service department (Amanda) that we were leaving to go South for the winter on 15 October with an appointment in Idaho 16 October. She said we could it back by 29 September. As of today’s date October 13th since we haven’t gotten our camper back in time to stock it up for winter so my wife has had
