Bish's RV of Kalispell

Bruce from the Kalispell MT, Bish RV Center, was absolutely top notch. We were connected with 3 or 4 employees during our buying experience and everyone of them were professional and certainly knowledgeable. Bruce from the service department got the job of walking my wife and I through our new camper. Right away, I could tell Bruce had been schooled very well in learning the ins and outs of Bishs RV products. After 35 or 40 minutes walking with Bruce and learning how our camper operates, we both felt confident that we could operate our new camper without any issues. We thank Bruce for taking the time and patience to teach us. Just purchased a RV at Bishs Kalispell mt. My salesman was Don. Easy to chat with and found out we had a lot in common living in the flathead valley. Don took a lot of extra time communicating with me as we negotiated the deal. Nothing high powered as I took my time to research my options. If you get to Bishs check out Don his mission will be to make sure you go away happy with the results. Jim M

I took my modest A-frame camper to Bish’s for replacement of the power cable. I also mentioned that my brake lights had been having issues prior to our power cable needing replacement and I would appreciate it if those could be checked as well. The reservation process was probably the most impersonal customer service experience of my life. I had several questions but the rep I was talking to (no idea where they were, but they weren’t at my local Bish’s dealership) had no interest in hearing me and wanted to just get me booked. Fine, I’ll talk to the Bish folks in person. I dropped my camper off with a very helpful custom service woman. She said the service team would be happy to check the brake lights and also look over other systems and give me a call if any other repairs were neede

Bought a brand new jayflight in 2024, was given no assistance getting it hooked up to my truck properly. Didn't realize I wasn't supplied a power cable until I left. Great communication and involvement until I signed paperwork. In our 2 years of ownership i feel Jayflights are made pretty cheap compared to other manufacturers in the same price range. 2 years later I attempted to be loyal, even after my previously poor experience. I wanted to trade or co sign my camper for a model with bunks. Was given an extremely undervalued and dismissive offer. "Oh but you can roll it into the new camper loan" They're not very personal and dont really care. I went north of kalispell for a better experience. Consider other options!

The parts guy helped me pick out the appropriate coach water pump for my RV. Most helpful parts person I have ever dealt with. I’m sure being a big box brand parts cost a bit more but definitely work the customer service.
