I’ve had a great experience with Bison Automotive. They are honest, professional, and communicate clearly throughout the process. I always feel confident that my car is being well taken care of. While they are a bit more expensive than other shops, the quality, reliability, and trust make it worth it.

I have been coming here for a few years now. Really great team, always quick turn around and good communication on what is needed and how quickly my car can be returned. Recently had to change 4 tires and Bob was happy to work with me to make sure I got a high quality tire in my budget. Would recommend to anyone!

I had all 4 tires replaced on my Toyota Tundra as the I was still driving on the original tires, and they just weren't cutting it for our Buffalo winters. They helped me pick the right tire for my truck and as always did a great job with the replacement. I never feel like I'm getting oversold with Bison, and I appreciate that. They do good work for a fair price. I always recommend them whenever someone asks if I have a trusted auto shop.

I put in a call for roadside service via aaa. 3 hours after that call Bison automotive was assigned to me. Being that I was at home and not an urgent call that amount of time was understandable. Another 1 1/2 hours passed and I got the exact same text message that bison was assigned to me and that they would be contacting me shortly. Another 1 or so passed so I called bison automotive, and they told me they were done with service calls for the day and to call aaa again. Why did they accept the service request, and why did they not reach out when they realized they couldn't fulfill their obligation? If I hadn't called them I wouldn't have known, and I wasted one of my 3 free roadside calls. Thanks for nothing.

Great service. I had a slow leak in a tire and the tire had a bad gash on the sidewall. the mechanic recommended the tire be replaced and I agreed. they ordered the tire and replaced it the same day.
