Quick response and very nice crew. I broke down 1200 miles from home and Bison was there asap to bring my car 2 hours away for repairs.
Hayden from Bison Towing was phenomenal. He met us in the middle of the night in Idaho and was genuinely kind, friendly, and reassuring during a stressful situation. He safely towed our car all the way back to Montana, which was nearly a 2–3 hour drive, and remained professional, helpful, and courteous the entire time. We truly appreciated his reliability and positive attitude, and he made a difficult situation much easier for us. I would highly recommend Bison Towing — especially Hayden — to anyone in need of dependable, professional service.
Staff was great to work with and really went above and beyond to help out with the situation.
