Slightly disappointed. I’ve never had a vehicle detailed before. Gage was very friendly and nice. He was finishing up the detail when I got home. When he got there he offered to do an ozone process, briefly explained it, and the extra cost, if I wanted it. I had the process done. The vehicle was new to me without time with it yet, I figured it would help since it’s a 2006 Land Rover, that had some musty smell to it. When I took it in to get the oil changed later that day I asked them to pull my cabin filter, and change that as well. It was chucked full of mouse poop, and nesting material, along with a dead mouse. I figured the ozone process covered the cabin filter since it blows through my vents. Gage was super easy to work/communicate with. He helped me surprise my husband for his bday by detailing his car for him. We got the interior & exterior done and it looks AMAZING! We will definitely be going back again in the future!
