My subaru had a cracked windshield and failed inspection, and James took my call, and told me he had a new windshield in stock. I told him could be there in 30 minutes, and in 50 minutes I had a brand new windshield installed perfectly for a great price. He told me he's been doing this for 20 years, and it shows-he did the job like a pro, and I really enjoyed talking with him as he worked. Absolutely recommend.

My dealership recommended B&J, from beginning to end I have been impressed. James was so polite and professional through the entire process. The shop environment was so welcoming and inviting. My appointment was at 8:00AM I got there at 7:36 and he immediately begin working on my car. Their price was better than any of the others shops I inquired. The men were very friendly and professional . Fast response and scheduling . They got me in for replacement of front windshield for a crack across the entire front windshield in less than 72 hours of my claim . Will definitely use this business moving forward for glass repairs.

This shop is top notch. I called first thing in the morning and they had me scheduled that same morning. The second I pulled up, James immediately started working on my car. He is a wonderful human being and one hell of a technician.

I took my honda van there after a rock hit and split my windshield. They were able to get me in immediatley on a weekday, gave me a fair price for the part/installation of a new windsheild, and the the service itself took 30-45min. The things I like about this place is how nice and professional the staff is, there are many options for payment (cashapp, zelle, debit/credit card, cash, etc.), they can come out to where you are for a small fee if you can't get to their shop, and lastly they have a giant window where you can watch you car being worked on the entire time. That window made me feel like I could trust them to do their jobs well instead of slacking off then something happening. Very grateful to have found them, if youre in the east end go see them!
