I was informed about my brakes, which are 5/32, and my rear shocks, which were inadequately maintained. The condition of the equipment was subpar. It appears that the owners of this small business prioritize profits over quality service, which led to a failed inspection. In contrast, a corporate entity passed the inspection. I would not recommend BJM and suggest they may require an audit.

I had a great experience here. The staff was friendly, knowledgeable, and made sure to keep me informed throughout the entire process. They were efficient and got my car back in great condition. I really appreciated their honesty and excellent customer service. Highly recommend!

I found the most honest and sweetest mechanic in Central Pennsylvania, I have my brother Syed taking care of all my vehicles and he always gives me great deals. I took my cars to other places and prices were outrageous. Brother Syed gets parts from neighboring parts stores and I swear he show me proof he do not mark up on parts and gives me discount on labor. May god bless him and his business, you have customer for life my brother!!

Took my car in for inspection and emissions and as I waited in a super dirty office waiting to hear if my car passed or not the owner swings around the corner and says “I got bad news but not the worst news” I asked what was wrong. He told me I needed new struts and suspension. Told me for him to get the parts and labor would be $800. He also said “I can do the emissions now for $80. I said ok that’s fine and paid $80 but as far as inspection I’m goin to look into getting the parts myself. While he’s doing emissions I’m researching parts which on rock auto I could buy for less than $300. He comes back in, hands me a paper saying I paid in full for emissions but explains to me my car wouldn’t read the emissions test and to come back tomrw for the sticker. Took my vehicle here for inspection and they claimed my tires didn’t have enough tread left to pass… This didn’t seem right since the tires were relatively new, so I left to get second opinion elsewhere… Per the other shop, my tires had 6/32 remaining tread. PA only requires 2/32. AVOID THIS PLACE! They have no qualms about lying to upsell you on parts you don’t need. They also refused to refund me for their fraudulent “inspection”.
