Very disappointed with the service and how I was treated. Went in at 4 for two tires and they said they wouldn’t have time to do it even though they had the tires in stock and nobody was there. So I went in the next day and they did it in about 30 minutes.. also quoted us on a bunch of stuff we did not need. And changed our speedometer to km instead of mph. Why would you even touch that if you were just replacing two tires? Receptionist was rude. Definitely not coming back save time and just go to discount tires where they do not mind staying after hours to help you. These people clearly don’t care and don’t know what they are doing.

The guys and gals here were great..... Very professional fixed my truck and got me out the door......:)

I have been taking my work car here on multiple visits. They have always been honest and did a great job. I decided to bring in my personal vehicle instead of going to the dealership for an oil change. After getting my truck back I noticed a vibration and noise in the front of my truck at low speeds. I took it to the dealer and had them look it over. They came back and asked if I had had it serviced recently. I responded yes, then they tossed me a bolt from my skid plate. They said it looks like the person who did your oil took off the whole skid plate, and then used an impact gun and cross threaded all your bolts. The one they tossed to me, said it almost fell out. They stated the skid plate has an access window and doesn’t require the bolts to be removed. Calling BJ’s about what happene

We were in an emergency situation with a blown trailer tire on our cross country move. Hannah had 1000/10 customer service and was able to walk me through the whole process. They were expeditious, kind, and caring. And they got the job done! THANK YOU!

These Guys do great work and probably one of the few places that I have been to that seem to understand tires and things of this nature more than other spots. I Have gone through them for my tires on my truck and my minivan. I enjoy working with these guys and will continue to give them my business.
