BJ's Tire Center

Love BJs tire. Have been getting tires here for years! Always personable employees. Sometimes there’s a wait but that’s everywhere! Go shop (so many places within walking distance) They’ll be ready when you’re done. If they’re both in the bay just stick your head in there and get their attention. If you need tires immediately then that’s on you for not properly planning unless it’s an emergency like what happened to me one day when I noticed a bubble coming on my sidewall so I went over to BJ’s tires (to make an appt since I was right there at bjs gas) and they replaced the tire right then and there! Like I said. The 3 guys that work there have all 3 been there for at least the past few years and they work hard and at the same time do their jobs with customer service in mind.

I am writing this review to appreciate the kindness and helping nature of Darius at this center. He is great and will go above and beyond to help you.

Absolutely horrible! Another bad business, bought my car to have tires rotated, 9:30am. I was the ONLY car. Took 1 1/2 hrs to rotate tires. Not blaming the guy there. He was by himself. He had to answer phone calls for 25 minutes. Then when he did the rotation he had to get someone to torque the lug nuts. Thats nice for safety but I had to wait for at least 25 minutes for that. Obviously horrendous management. I think next time I’ll go around the corner by my house and pay $15 for a tire rotation, I’ll be in and out in maybe 15 minutes. Gut management and staff it properly!!!!! I’m done with them.

Couldn’t tell you anything about their service since I waited for 5 minutes and had no assistance. Could easily hear the two people in the bay talking about their lives while no one was working on the car on the riser. Left to find somewhere that wanted to take my money.

This was our go-to place for new tires for years with low prices and good service. But my last front tires wore out with only 10,000 miles on them so we expected the warranty would replace them. No. They said the tires were fine but it was my poor wheel align that wore out the rims. And they don't do alignments. Nor did they ever advise me to get an alignment. So now we use another dealer that sells tires and guarantees the alignment is true.
