BJ's Tire Center

Update as of 10/8/2025: I had to take my car back for a balancing issue I was having. The supervisor rebalanced my tires and recalibrated the TPMS sensors for me no problem. I dropped my car off at 4:45 and it wasn't done until 6:30 BUT only because he was the only tire employee there; so a longer service time is expected. The male club supervisor who spoke to me about my initial rim issue was there and asked me if this appointment was going better than last time around and I had no complaints. So I wanted to come back and adjust my review since the 2 stars I originally rated wouldn't be a fair reflection of the service I was given. Long story short - DO NOT GO HERE TO GET TIRES. I brought my vehicle in to get new tires at the tire center. After being there from 8am to 11am, the tire supervisor DAVE comes to tell me that my CHECK ENGINE LIGHT IS ON. He “claims” that my battery died while doing the alignment. Then tells me that he used his PERSONAL VEHICLE to jump my vehicle to complete the alignment. Not once did I give permission for him to use his own personal vehicle to jump my vehicle nor did he even come out to the waiting room to tell me that my battery had died. Now I am left with my check engine light on and have to take my vehicle to the dealership which is now a time inconvenience AND financial inconvenience as the dealership quoted me $215 to run the diagnosis to determine why my check engine light is on. I

I recommend going elsewhere for your car/tire needs. BJ's tire center in Deptford only has 1 employee certified to work on cars, and he is also the only person answering phones and walk-ins, so they're typically booked full two weeks out and the work often takes longer than they say it will. If you absolutely have to use them, book an appointment online, because they double booked my appointment time and then told me online appointments can't be moved, so I had no choice but to push my appointment an extra week from when it was scheduled in person. Overall I likely will not return to BJ's tire center in Deptford.

My car had two flat tires. I had it towed to the Deptford center location I experienced the most phenomenal customer service. The manager Brooklyn and two other wonderful technicians took exceptional care to help me in my situation. They stayed after hours even when there was a warning of tornadoes. I am so grateful that they were there in my time of need and I was able to get home to my family that night with two new tires. What a special team! Great job!!

I appreciate the honesty of the staff. My tire was punctured and I was told by Goodyear that it could not be fixed. They told me they couldn’t do the fix because my tires were not purchased at BJs but referred me to Mavis and told me to come back in the Wintet for a new set at BJs. Great honest service. Thanks!!
