Extremely disappointed with this shop. We had them do work on our Prius, and the next time we drove it the car stopped working in the middle of a major street. We had the car towed back to them, and they charged us to look over the car and say everything was fine. Given no other choice, we took the car back and not 30 minutes later it stopped again in the middle of the highway. Another tow truck later, we towed it to Toyota. They found that the fuse was shorting directly related to the work they did at Eagle Fleet. Their careless work crushed wires and caused fuse shortages. Over $1000 EXTRA in tow truck fees and Toyota fees, not to mention the several hours it cost, and Eagle Fleet wouldn’t offer any reimbursement or admission of their fault (despite Toyota indisputably proving it). Saved my bacon. I cold called to get my van looked at, inspection was due and the check engine light came on at the worst time. Looked up the code it was throwing, and thought i was going to need a whole new exhaust installed. Jerry and his crew took a look, fixed the issue, cleared the code and gave it a clean bill of health. Guess i know where I'm taking my van for repairs from now on.

My daughter suggested I try Eagle when I told her the wheel on my pick up felt like it was going to fall off. I needed it fixed and could not wait! I had a bad experience with a garage in the Berlin area and didn't know anyone I could trust to be honest, fixing my truck without ripping me off! My daughter knew this outfit through her work and assured me that they were excellent at fixing any problem and were more than truth worthy! I would recommend them without reservation. Gerry the shop foreman, not only fixed the problem, but in record time. These people are really great, honest and friendly to deal with. Honest people are very hard to come by.

Amazingly honest folks. Took our car in, gave us the info we needed to make a decision. Definitely a shop to trust in a field that isn't always the same.

Had an issue with wheel well area -stopped after finding on Google maps. Stopped what they were doing and took care of it. Great to see such good customer service today. Thank you to Eagle Fleet Repair.
