BJ's Tire Center

Horrible service offer and quality service. Don't care or don't want to care? Then why open the business for, just close it! Supposes to open at 8am and 8:32am still no one is at the tire center. Store manager called Tire Center manager, who said he does not know where the guy is, next shift person will be in at 8:45am and when the time came, finally met someone at tire center, at first he thought I want to change all 4 tires, he said tomorrow, but when I told him I just need 2 tires instead, he said next week (Dec 17). Wonder why BJ's still in business 🤔 Can this location of BJ's be replaced with Sams Club please?🙏

Very unprofessional. I went in because I arrived at the store to shop. My valve stem started leaking air. So I wanted to address it. I talked the the person up front and he was using terms like “come on Bruh” and seemed irritated that I was even coming to him with the problem. Umm I am asking for help and willing to pay. You should never make a customer feel like they have inconvenienced you when they are coming to you for help. Shoot if you could not do the work great, I would have thanked him and walked out. But he made the whole ordeal an issue acting like I put the whole world on his shoulders. Trying to make the customer feel bad that they had an issue and coming to them for work. I used to buy tires from them but I will never do tire business with them at all now.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️Excellent customer service!!! I came in to the store during the rush (2hrs before closing) and Aubrey, the tire expert/technician, went above and beyond by ensuring I ordered the right tires. He patiently walking me through the steps to order them and helping me find the correct tire sizes and type. Above all, I was impressed with how Aubrey operated during the busy rush. He worked fast while remaining calm. Also, he was respectful and made sure to meet each one of our different needs. He makes coming to the store inviting and reassures that our cars are in good hands. You have a wonderful addition to your team!

Don't waste your time and money here. They sold me bad tires, then I could never get a hold of them to schedule warranty service. I will not use BJs again.

I went and got my tires changed yesterday 4/7 and I am not sure the name of the man who was there yesterday, but he was running the show! He was so kind and professional even with everything he had going on. It took a little longer than initially expected, but that was very understandable considering the circumstances. I would certainly recommend and I certainly wanted to give that man a kudos and I hope upper management sees this review!
