BJ's Tire Center

I drove to the tire center today to get tires I'd ordered online a couple of days ago installed. After waiting outside until 8:15 for someone to come open the tire center, I was told they could not install the tires on my Model 3. They said they don't install tires on Model 3s because they are too low for their lifts. I explained the same shop had installed my previous set of tires and was told, "Well they did it wrong then." If the tire center will not install tires on a Tesla Model 3, then BJs should not sell them on their website or allow you to set an appointment. At a minimum, I should have been called the day prior and informed so I didn't drive all the way to the store and back, wasting my time and money.

Two appointments were cancelled before they kept one. Was told there would be an hour wait. Got four new tires. They didn't inform me that they were unable to do an alignment. Will not be returning to this particular center. Took other car to one in Seabrook NH and that was great.

UPDATE: After wasting my time, they charged me for the tires they never installed a week after the appointment they failed. DO NOT GO HERE!!! Ordered tires over a week ahead of my appointment. After they waited 90 minutes past my appointment time to actually work on my car, they called to tell me that the tires didn’t actually come in. Waste of my time and energy. Useless.

Nice people at the tire shop but their whole system is a mess. Bought tires 2yrs ago, system was down had to come back 2 days later.. fast fwd 2yrs later, same shit. System was down, came back the next day. The tires the guy is trying to sell me on are not even in the system to order?!?! Move on to another set of tires, cant apply my $80 in bj's rewards to my order.. " your gonna have to go to the customer counter or wait another 20mins until the system restarts" all set. Plenty of other tire shops in nashua whos system is working. Will never be back here.

I don’t even know why they bother having a phone system installed since they never pick up anyway. I guess the ring tone is just for background noise while they ignore their customers who walk in the shop. If you actually get someone to speak to, they are so unprofessional and swear like a truck driver. I get free tire rotations here (from warranty), but I’ll be paying for somewhere else to do it now on.
