Arrived at 5:55 pm at the tire store Saturday. Doors were locked. Costco and sams club honors their store ours. Miss managed, lacks leadership
Beware, BJ’s will NOT install tires unless they are stock for your vehicle, or within 3% of it by whatever calculator they just showed me. Even if you come in with a lift and big tires already installed, they WILL NOT install anything bigger than what the manufacturer recommends. Guy in the tire shop tried to help me by getting permission because I was just over their 3% rule, but he was not allowed. So, this isn’t a knock on the people working there. BJ’s policies are just terrible.
I’m giving 5 stars for Shane, one of the employees. He’s so hard working and positive. I’ll see him working on his own most times, but he’s so upbeat and positive each time! He’s even great w/ walk-ins. Shane is definitely my favorite!
