BJ's Tire Center

Bryant was awesome. Was stuck there for three hours trying to figure out what the heck happened with my tire and getting them replaced… Long story short I saw a lot of characters come in and out of the shop. Bless these guys hearts that have to deal with people who have no compassion or consideration for the people who are trying to help them. It’s no wonder the workforce dwindles and has a significant turnover rate. These guys put up with a lot of customers who don’t understand that we are all just people. Anyone who is going through these reviews and planning to go to BJ’s, be kind to these guys they are doing their best with pay that does not justify the volume of work they have to handle being short staffed. To BJ’s, you’ve got a good crew. I hope that you take care of them as they are

I am canceling this membership. I have kept memberships to all three clubs, BJs, Costco and Sam’s. BJ’s has lost their way. I have had to go back tot he store twice this week to return out of date products, and they treat me like I am the one that is inconveniencing them. Both times I waited in line to talk them, had to get the item and then wait in line to make the swap. When I get to the back of the store where one of the items was, the entire pallet was out of code. Now I have a case of coke that is two months out of code that I got this week. I don’t have another hour to mess around making a swap. Check everything you get from the Portland/ Westbrook BJs.

I was extremely impressed with the wonderful experience I had. I called earlier in the week to schedule a tire rotation and the woman I spoke with was very kind and professional, and was able to offer me multiple options for getting me in quickly while working within my schedule. On the day of my appointment, I was greeted by a very kind and professional younger man and woman and they immediately got to work on my car. When they were finished, they brought my car around for me and I was very appreciative of the fact that they left it exactly as they had found it. Nothing was moved and everything was as clean as I had had it. If you get tires hare and have a problem get ready to wait three weeks to have it looked at. Had to go to tire warehouse and pay to have them fix bjs screw up.
