Tony at BJs tire in Tilton, NH is amazing. He has professional knowledge about car tires, is courteous, respectful and has my highest review. He fixed both my daughter's tire and my tire when another BJs could not figure out the problems. I highly recommend him if you are having trouble with any tire purchased at BJs.

Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else. The hassle they are happy to put you through is not worth the miniscule cost savings. The workers are overwhelmed, overbooked, and beam with joy when they make up imaginary reasons why they can't do the work at your scheduled appointment. The manager is rude. 0/10 do not recommend, will never return.

These guys here are life savers. I had purchased tires last month from another BJ's and on my way up north I had an unexpected flat. After a kind man put air in my tire he told me to have it fixed asap. After no one could help me I called Michelin customer service had me visit 5 different stores in Laconia that are supposed to honor their products. Well after going to all those places and been denied service, I finally came to BJ's in Tilton and received an amazing service. Even when the tire I needed wasn't available, they made sure I can get to my destination and back safely. The next day tire was changed and service Michelin talked about was honored. Only a 3-star review. Decent prices and availability for season tire selection. However they will ONLY do services for tires you purchase from them. So if you want to get summer/winter tires swapped over find another place.

Great deals and great service. They will do what’s best for the customer rather than their bottom line.
