I’ve come here many times, and I’ve always received outstanding service from the hardworking team at this tire center. They truly care about your concerns and go above and beyond to make sure every customer leaves satisfied. Special shoutout to Reggie, who serviced my car today; he greeted me with great news and an even better attitude first thing in the morning. I’ll continue recommending this specific BJ’s to all my friends and family!

I recently visited the BJ’s Tire Center and had an outstanding experience thanks to the supervisor, Reggie. Despite some of the low reviews for this location, the service I received was exceptional. Reggie was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and knowledgeable. He took the time to walk me through the entire process and even pointed out an issue that came up while my vehicle was being serviced, something I truly appreciated. His honesty and professionalism made me feel confident that my car was in good hands. If you’re hesitant because of past reviews, I highly recommend giving this location a chance. Reggie’s customer service alone sets the bar high, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience.

Ive been coming to this Bjs for a while; even when I moved out the area for a while. My issue isn’t the service as much as it is management. I don't understand how there is always one person handling tire sales, service and the propane. It makes NO sense. Please do better. You can hire a teenager to answer calls and punch keys on a keyboard for $15/hr

I don't understand why BJ's doesn't have someone to answer the phones for the tire center since they are always understaffed. I have had to go in there to schedule an appointment. The tires are reasonably priced, but who wants to bother with it when they are understaffed and the workers are clearly frustrated and tired.

Quick, affordable car care. Was able to get my tire patched with no appointment and zero wait time. Really appreciate the help I got today from Red Line!
