Had an appointment for 4:30pm, and when I arrived a few minutes early, the gentleman said he couldn’t take me. He was all by himself and had another car to work on. I asked him why didn’t he call to cancel. He basically said he was overwhelmed being by himself. If you’re by yourself, shouldn’t the first thing you should do is clear your books of appointments you can’t honor to alleviate your workload? I would think that would make sense. Instead, he caused me a dry run…a combined 1 hour drive round trip. This is totally unprofessional.

I liked the tires and love the price, "but" the service was trash. Set an appointment, got the tires installed that went really well and I was happy. That's until I got on the highway and noticed that the tires where not properly balanced as wheel vibration between 55 and 65 MPH was very noticeable. I returned to the shop immediately and was told I'd need to make an appointment. Two weeks later I was able to get them to fix the issue. That was short lived, I'm not sure what the issue is, the discounted tires? The discounted service? Next time I'll pay a bit more I guess and buy my tires from somewhere else, as the tires on my car are out of balance yet again. I bought a new set of tires here two months ago. Came in today because my tire light came on. They quickly found the sensor on one tire wasn't working. Cost me $3.18 for new sensor. Service has been good and very friendly and honest. I would recommend. Update: My tire light still goes on about every 2 weeks. I have to stop and put air in at least 2 tires. This has gone on pretty much since I bought these tires. Lots of fun during a pandemic. I am taking my Odyssey in to the Honda service to see if they can fix this issue. Unfortunately, I won't be buying my next set of tires at BJ's. Downgrading to 3 Stars from 5. I don't recommend.

Terrible customer service as well as a lack of professionalism and knowledge amongst the staff. They had my car for 6+ hours and never called to inform me that they wouldn't be able to do the work for two additional days or that I'd need to prepay for the replacement tire before they'd install it. None of this information was communicated when I called ahead to ask if they would be able to take care of my flat that day, or when I dropped the vehicle off.

Worst tire service I have ever experienced. I purchased 4 tires from BJs online and scheduled service for 4:30pm the next week. I arrived 15 minutes early and was told it should be about 45 minutes because they were backed up a bit. It then took in excess of 3 hours before my car was ready. Management had apparently decided that after 5pm they only needed 1 employee to handle install, phone calls, walk-ins, paperwork, everything. He was so busy that it took about 90 minutes from my car going on the lift to being ready. The technician was great and doing his best, but he needed others to share the load. Other customers with appointment after mine left in disgust and I hope they got a refund.
