I would recommend that anyone go to Dawleys! I totaled my car.I was in shock.They helped me so much.All of the employee's are extremely helpful.Even though they were just holding on to my wrecked car, they were amazing, gave me advice and I just can't say enough about them!

This place is great. They gave me a quote with just the necessary work and another quote that included other work they could do. Full transparency. They got all the work done on my vehicle before the expected date. And once done they even cleaned the exterior of my vehicle. Very satisfied with everything done. My car looks great

I went to Dawley because my insurance sent me there, so I had no idea what to expect. I was thrilled with the experience. Joanne is an angel. She was amazing right from the start, helping out with with my insurance, rental car, everything. And Bill is a great guy, very nice and gave me a great estimate. A problem developed along the way, no fault of theirs and they went out of their way to make it right. I would definitely recommend them. Very professional, very kind and very fair. After hitting a deer with my vehicle I was referred by my insurance company to Dawley for the repairs. The entire experience from scheduling the appointment for appraisal, drop off for repair, arrangements for rental, time for work to be completed, communication about insurance payments and pick up were easy and accommodating.
