What a great experience, i walked in, told him my name. They took my keys, and I had a seat in less than an hour. They were back with my keys and gave me a complete rundown.What was going on with the front end?And also did a full vehicle inspection and inform me that I needed to replace my rear brakes.They will call me with an estimate. They had some brake snacks in the waiting room and lots of stuff to look at and drew over. We drove to Eugene the next day. And xi, I am not at all tired. The front end was out of line, and it kept pulling to the left and it was a constant fight. I never even noticed the front end, driving to Eugene. It was like a different truck. They did a great job. I will definitely.Be back for a brake job.And any other work that we will need in the future.

I needed my water pump replaced in my Dodge Charger. So after making the appointment I took it to BL Performance. Staff there are very nice, also professional. They completed the water pump replacement in a timely manner. It is comforting to no longer hear the old pump bearing making such noises and think it was going stop working any time. This was my second experience at BL PERFORMANCE. The first one was as good as this one. Glad to have my Charger running properly again thank you BL Performance. This will be my go to for my vehicle repairs.

This place is 2nd to none. My vehicle needed to be towed to a shop. Once my car and I got to the shop I shared with the two guys at the counter that I have a car seat in my car and no way to pick up my grandson. There weren't any rental vehicles available for me to rent. After the two guys talked about this, they agreed Robert would give me a ride to pick up my grandson and give us a ride to my home. Not only did Robert save the day by doing this for me, he removed the car seat (that is complicated for me) from my vehicle, he put the car seat in his car, and made sure it was safely secured in his vehicle for my precious grandson.
