Best rental experience! I got a LAMBORGHINI URUS Performante for a few weeks in amazing condition. Alacantra Suede interior tops, carbon fiber finish and amazing bang & olfsen speakers. My Ferrari Roma was recently rear ended and in the repair shop and they were able to get me a temporary car quick with amazing pickup / dropoff flexible and timing. JUAN is the best manager and contact I worked with there. The ops team (David?) I forgot the name were great, I tipped them in cash 10-20 and provided lunch. I highly recommend Juan, B&W and the whole team!

I recently had an experience that truly highlighted the importance of customer care over the impersonal nature of big corporations. I had reserved a car for a long trip through Booking.com, but unfortunately, Enterprise failed to provide me with a vehicle. In a pinch, I quickly rented from B&W and discovered that they aren't registered in all states when picking up a car, which didn’t work for me. Robert from B&W provided outstanding support. He took the time to explain everything and helped me navigate the complexities of getting my refund from Booking.com, as there were no other available cars through their service. Amber was always ready with solution and would go to the extent to make sure our needs were taken care of. The car was great, clean, and the checkout/return process were super convenient with no hassle. Rates were reasonable for such a top of the line & flexible customized services. My friend I rented a car from them. Getting picked up by Hector did an amazing job getting us to and from the airport. We walked in they had the car ready for us to go. When we returned the car it was quick and easy. I'll be renting from them again.
