Black Diamond auto wash

Pretty much the only car was I go to anymore. The DIY bays are big and functional. Good price. Powerful wand. Everything always works and is in serviceable condition. I like that the owner leaves has microfibers out for use which is a really nice thing to have access to. The auto bays also work well and are nice to have when it’s cold out or you’re in a hurry. They’re touchless and do a decent job if your car isn’t absolutely filthy. The vacuum area is also nice with a unique hose management system that I’ve not seen before. And there’re plenty so even on busy days you aren’t waiting for a spot. And as a person who works the night shift, I appreciate the 24 hour availability.

This place is wasting the land they took over. The car wash does a horrible job to start with. Leaves an area right down the center of both sides uncleaned. The kiosk took my money and shorted me a $1 underpayment as posted on their receipt. I went back a later time. The employee had never seen a receipt like that and didn't even know the machine gave cash change if you don't pay by card. He told me call Black Diamond. Stick your dollar in your pooper.

Absolutely horrible I used the self wash today and should have known better but the brush absolutely scratched the hell out of the hood on my new car. Literally dozens of scratched on a car I haven’t even made the first payment on. I had a similar issue a few months back here with a new tundra however not to the level I experienced here today. Never again will I use this car wash. Hopefully detail shop will be able to buff this out bus sucks a car wash will cost me hundreds.

I would like to rate it but both touch free bays were closed today. No cones or signs out. You would think in 2026 that they could keep a car wash open when it's below freezing in New England.

Went thru the wash when I exited I got out to walk around vehicle and noticed my temporary license plate gone .oh shit. Drive around back but cannot get in bay I call the number and the nice gentleman answered I told him what happened he was able to open bay door remotely so I cold collect my plate .anyway the wash does excellent job will be back. . Thanks again
