Black Dog Car Wash

I had forgot my wallet and needed to use the online wash code system. I did not realize this usually has a 24hr wait period (take note and plan ahead!). The customer service was amazing, I reached out and not only did they respond right away, they were also happy to expedite our code for us so we could get our wash done. My three year old was thrilled. Our car wash was excellent and now we are riding in style. Thank you!

I was pretty disappointed with my experience at Black Dog Car Wash. First off, the price was $14 for a very basic, no frills wash. Most standard washes in the area run closer to $7 to $10, so the cost already felt high for what was advertised. When I pulled into the bay, the first thing I noticed was the condition of the wash itself. There appeared to be green mildew or mold on the walls, and the ground on both sides of the bay was littered with leaves, dirt, mud, and debris. It looked messy and neglected, which is not what you expect to see. The wash advertises double blow drying, which sounded promising, but it ended up being misleading. Love the ease of using one of the three bays to get my touch free car wash. Great location, convenient, and affordable.

Went to get car washed on Thankgiving. Had wash code. After wash went online to buy wash package where you input code at check out. I missed where to add code. Got wash package with out discount. Sent them an email. Next morning I got email advising the discount was credited to my credit card today. I also recied my wash codes. It does take 24 hours for codes to appear in email. GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE. Always used the car wash and never an issue with the wash. Kevin Carney

I've been coing to Black Dog since I moved to Londonderry. Perfect gift for family to keep their cars clean in the winter. Their prices are reasonable and even the lowest tier of wash now includes an undercarriage rinse to keep the salt off in the winter!
