2002 Mercedes SLK32 AMG I just had a great experience with Black Forest Motors auto repair shop in Naples. Rebecca, Angela, Joseph, & Jacob at Black Forest Motors provided this experience. Since moving from Long Island, NY 1.5 years ago we have been looking for that mechanics shop where we can drive up & speak directly with the mechanics about any issues (not just a service advisor). I tried well known shops off of Airport Rd, with just ok results. This shop was actually recomended by a competetor of theirs. When I arrived to check out the shop after being welcomed by rebecca & Angela- mechanics Joseph & Jacob came out immediately to diagnoss our car. They test drove my SLK & then got the car on the lift. They immediately found bolts not retightened by my prior service- which was a sefety

My 2004 BMW z4 3.0 was having transmission issues. Had a leaking slave cylinder & a defective SMG pump. They diagnosed the issue accordingly & got it repaired promptly at a competitive price w/ warranty on there work. I'm so glad I found this shop! I brought my dad's X5 in for some minor repairs, they had me in and out super fast, and it was easy to make an appointment. Everyone there was Super friendly. Joseph has a lot of knowledge about German vehicles. My dad and I both will be retuning In the future with our vehicles. for repairs and service.
