I brought my car in for repair in June 17 , and it took about a month and extra half to finish. At first, the car looked fine when I picked it up, but after picked it, I started noticing many small rough issues. I had to bring it back several times, but even now the problems are still not resolved. To make things worse, they have blocked me and stopped responding altogether. Overall, the maintenance level is very sloppy and the vehicle inspection is very hasty. I was also misled by the photos of luxury cars they posted, which made me believe their repair skills were at a higher level. Because their workshop space was quite limited, some white paint got on my car’s exterior, and even on the seats inside. I chose not to make an issue of that. I brought them my 2024 Raptor to have the front bumper repaired. Mo went above and beyond to make it look even better than before the damage.
