Blackburn Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram

We were traveling and towing a camper when the truck started acting up. We brought to Blackburn and they had it diagnosed very quickly. The repair was done and the truck ready to be picked up in 24 hours. I would highly recommend them for any repairs.

Would love to give a shout out to this dealership, to Jim and the mechanics that were absolutely wonderful! After we broke down ON the bridge on the Mississippi line we got a tow to this dealership. They not only took us in got our truck fixed without hesitation but also gave us a ride to the rent a car place and then also when I came back to pick up the truck that they held for me over 3 weeks with no fuss ! They came and brought my truck to me at the rent place( was already paid for ) so I didn’t have to get my car seat and two year old out back and forth. Very wonderful people I can’t say enough good things! Very very awesome !!

I don't know anything about their sales department but I can tell you everyone over in the service department is kind. I take road trips all the time so I'm there constantly for oil changes. Never had a bad experience.

We are traveling from Michigan and our starter went out on our 2001 Dodge Ram 2500. We called Blackburn on the road and was able to drop it off Monday night at 5 pm. They called with verification that it was the starter by 9am and called at 11:15 am to say they were completed! They sent a car for me and when I got to the truck it had been washed and the interior had been cleaned. I was blown away by the excellent customer service from them. Thank you so much for such a quick turnaround.
