Karley and Martha gave me great service today! I didn’t have an appointment but they got me taken care of quickly and the coffee in the lounge is amazing!

Very friendly, Knowledgeable, Trustworthy and courteous staff. They explained and showed me hands-on the problem I was having.Would not trust my Dodge ram with anyone else. They are five star hands-down.

To state that my experience was less than accommodating would be kind. I inquired about having a shift cable bushing installed in my Volkswagen Beetle. Additionally I made known to the desk person that I would be providing the part. I was assured that the establishment could do the job. Keep in mind that a relative of mind had stopped by the establishment the week before and spoke with the same individual who told him the same thing. That was the only reason that I went by to confirm that the information he was provided was correct and to make an appointment. The appointment was made and I was provide with a printout of the cost which was over $682 just for the labor since I was providing the part. Not impressed. I needed air in my tire. Normally people just say pull in front of the bay. They wanted my personal information. Normally that is taken when doing actual service to vehicle or in this case getting info to sell. They were asking for my phone, email and physical address. I said it’s a rental and I’m from out of state. She said still required. So I went across the street to a different tire spot and they filled my air up with no problems, in and out in 2 minutes. Which is standard.

Wow... probably the most courtesy I've ever received at any anto shop. I stopped in to have a leaking tire repaired. The tire was repaired quickly. The employees were super helpful and the waiting area was clean. They even had water and snacks for the customers. When it came time to pay....I was told there was no charge for this service. I'm from several countries away from Hertford county. You can be assured the next tires I need will be purchased from here. It's almost 2; hours from my home. That kind of service is extremely rare and worth my drive to Ahoskie. Thanks again.
