Brittenham Rebuilding

I didn't appreciate getting a quote for 3.5 hour labor fee for an actually labor time frame of 30-45 mins. I was already feeling something wasn't right so I decided to get a second opinion from another shop. I asked a few gentlemen (mechanics) about the part I nwee put on and ALL stated it doesn't take NO 3.5 hours to put that part on. At the most 30-45 mins if that. This company was going to charge me $300+ for a 30 min job. He was probably going to let my vehicle sit them 3 hours after putting on part in 30-45 mins, and call me to say it's finished. That's why he stated you don't have to stay, I call you when it's ready. Thank you for SECOND opinions, ASK plenty of questions LADIES and gut feelings. LADIES gets it the WORST , bc they think we are clueless LADIES PLEASE BEWARE......

It was my first visit. I went to get some work done with my tires. They were very nice and professional. Lee was very helpful. I had to wait a little bit, but for anything done right, it's worth the wait.

Very helpful and professional. They helped me identify an old 24V starter from a piece of equipment and quickly reconfigured a 41MT Delco starter to meey my needs. Later they gave me assistance on figuring out if my back-up 24V starter for a Cat loader would also work on another machine. Great service and technical support and prices were competitive with the web.

Removed and replaced Alternator on 2008 Nissan Titan, final cost less than estimated cost based on Technician finding a shorter and more economical ways of completing Job…. After completing Job Truck is operating liked new again….

I didn't want to leave no stares took my van for breaks and that's it. Come to find out they doing other things without my consent. A job that was a hundred something became $746. When I told them I didn't have it the price became 500 and something with no warranty I knew right then my van wasn't fixed... two weeks later my van sounds the same way it then when I took it to them ... NEVER AGAIN WOULD I USED THEM OR RECOMMEND THEM TO ANYONE BAD SERVICE
