These guys are amazing! I was traveling through the area and started loosing tire pressure fast. I went to another tire shop and they put me back on the road unable to diagnose the problem. I arrived at Black's at the last minute , it was nearly closed. They were able get me diagnosed for no charge (something very rare these days.) They were also able to offer some great repair options and get me back on the road in no time. Great facility, competent staff with service oriented leadership. 5-Stars! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I blew out two tires on i-95 at 2:30 a.m. in the morning. I got towed to Black's Tire and Auto 7:15 a.m.. while we are waiting for the tow we filled out an online service request. They opened at 7:30 in the morning. We called them at 7:15 a.m. And they answered and said they had received the request and had the tires waiting. We were in and out in an hour's time, and this was New Year's Eve. They were courteous and kind and prompt. I also thought their prices were very fair. I highly recommend them. Also, just as a side note, their Keurig coffee was delicious.

Allen and his crew of professionals are top notch in knowledge, service, and workmanship. Although I've been to this location a few times, I first met Allen in early February. He established a sense of trust from that first meeting. I wouldn't hesitate to take any of my vehicles to this location for minor or major service.

Driving down 95 headed toward Bluffton and my car started having a ugly sound and feeling which I felt might be wheel hop. Stopped at a rest area couldn’t see anything wrong and started googling for a tire repair shop that might know and be able to fix a possible suspension problem. There were a couple closer, but I picked this place because of a good Google review. So good reviews do help. I made the phone call and they said they could get me in fairly quickly. I drove in in a very nice young lady greeted me. Got my information and literally within 15 minutes, a tech was driving the car. They found a heat shield or air diverter that was missing. It’s clips and they screwed it on. Problem solved for an enormously different cost than two new shock absorbers. Excellent work incredibly eff

I was driving from Florida to Virginia when my TPMS light came on. I watched in worry as the air pressure on my RR tire dropped a pound per minute. I limped to a truck stop and checked the tire. No nail holes. Filled it back up with air, and it kept losing air. Neither of the truck stops at my exit repaired passenger cars. I found Black’s Tire and Auto on Google Maps, and the very high Google reviews rating led me to them. They didn’t disappoint. They diagnosed the leak as a bad valve stem, had me on my way in less than an hour. Several parts delivery drivers stopped by while I waited and they told me how lucky I was to find Black’s Tire and Auto. Price was great too! Anyone near Dillon in need to tires or auto repair, this is where you should go.
