Traveling on 95 and discovered we had a bad water pump. Called Fred’s right at opening and they fit us into their schedule same day. We were back on the road by noon! Can’t thank them enough. Highly recommend!

Arrived at 4:45 with a flat tire I got on the highway. By 5:15 we were back on the road. Exceptional service and very accommodating. Even got an explanation of what went wrong with the original tire on my car. Couldn’t ask for more. Thank you.

Overall, I find Fred’s to be excellent service fair pricing. That being said there was a time when Fred was open on Saturdays this was convenient for those who work Monday through Friday. I could not make a trip during the week due to the distance of work and such. Now that he is closed on Saturdays I’m finding myself looking for somewhere else to take my vehicle. Honestly, this is something I do not in anywhere appreciate. I do recognize that people need days off during the week but for the automotive shop Saturday is one of their prime days of business. Nevertheless, I’ll have to start going somewhere else not because I want to because Fred’s is no longer open on Saturdays.

Towing my RV home from Fl to MA and saw pressure drop in one of my rear tires. Pulled off 95 and found Fred’s Tire. Pulled in and they took me right away, located a small piece of steel in the tread, had me patched up and on my way in about 20 minutes. Awesome, friendly, professional service. They were busy with many other customers but got me right back on the road.
