Black's Tire & Auto Service

I had my wheel bearing replaced and received my car with my wheel making noise, they were closed by this point and the following day. so I checked the next day and my caliper pin wasn't put on. Ive had other work done with great prices but it seems to be a hit or miss if I have to come back again because something wasn't done right the first time.

It is with great pleasure to give a great review for the great customer service I received. I was having some heating issues in my truck. I thought it may be a thermostat or water pump and I shared that with the service technician in the front office. Left the truck and after about an hour I received a phone call. Told me the problem was only loose hoses at the bottom of the radiator. They tightend the hose and topped off the antifreeze. Everything works perfectly. They could have told me that I did need the parts I had mentioned but they were honest with me. I have known other shops that would have replaced parts I did not need. Thanks for your integrity in accessing my problem. Good job to the people at Black'sTire on Dickerson Blvd. In Monroe, NC. I shall return!!!

Best experience... I showed up, without an appointment, requesting an alignment after being denied the service at another shop. Black's Tire response: welcoming and efficient. I was even quoted prices for the new tires purchased at the other shop for comparison. Black's Tire will definitely be my go-to in the future. No drama just great service.

I would not recommend this business. I arrived at 9:15 AM for an oil change. Customers who arrived after me were serviced before I was, and I was the last person still waiting. I had to inquire from Front Desk to staff why have people who have come before me serviced and I was not. I saw that my car was on the lift and they were NOT working on it, despite it being lifted, they FAILED to rotate tires. They did give me a coupon for free oil change for the wait, why would I return and trust them after failing to rotate tire or even update onboard system that the oil change was done. Or perhaps the Toyota system would have inquired was tire rotation done. I also paid for both an oil change and a tire rotation. The tire rotation was never done. I later received a Carfax notification stating

DO NOT GO HERE!!!!!!!! I didn’t read all the reviews but the bad ones are spot on!!!!!!!!! Got ripped off here! Never coming back! Was quoted 129$ for alignment, came back to pick up my truck and was told some BS how my suspension was super messed up and they spent a lot of time doing my truck….. Let me tell you I have had brand new suspension put in before i took it to get aligned here. Tech told me that he had never done trucks like mine at this location maybe that’s why it took him so long because he is unqualified. But anyways I was charged an extra 180$ for the tech not knowing how to do his job, he even told me someone was suppose to call me and let me know what’s going on and no one did. This place is just a mess, they have no idea what they are doing here. Avoid at all costs!!!!
