I had a driver lock himself out of his big truck. They got on it ASAP and had my driver back on the road within 30 minutes to make his delivery on time. Thank you so much for your help. We will be sure to call if we need you in the future.

Charged excessive amount and left car in middle of street when dropped off. When called to try and have them to move it to safer place , made excuses and blamed the drop off point for the reason they dropped in the street. When clearly stated upon time of arrival where the car was to be taken off. Very bad customer relations skills...

Tonight I was stranded in a rural area with my child and dog. AAA sent Blacks Towing. They got to us in less than half an hour. Their kindness and professionalism made a frustrating situation less stressful.

Sharing our experience... this is a tow bill from our sons single vehicle accident during the snow storm last week. I have called & spoken to lady @ Blacks Towing she was flippant about the whole ordeal after asking for explanations on such a outrageous bill ($2,575). She basically said because they have a contract with the county "thats what they charge" & that I was frustrated at the wrong person (not sure who else I would be frustrated at) when I pressed on the facts that based on the bill details there seems to be double dipping on some of the charges basically charging twice for the same item/action (like the fuel surcharge, one would think that would be included in the actual towing she stated it was because the county charges that?) I also called other tow companies in Evansville-

Don't use this place. They don't care about your car. I called them to tow my car four blocks because it started making a bad engine noise and smoking so my wife immediately pulled over and stopped. When their driver got there she explained what was going on and the driver took the keys and drove it on the truck instead of using the winch. She said something to him about not driving it off and just looked at her and said "whatever". Very unprofessional and now I have a locked up motor because it dropped a valve. Avoid at all cost unless you want to make your issue worse
