Blain's Farm & Fleet Tires and Auto Service Center - Bloomington, IL

I needed a tire plugged. They couldn’t get me which I understand because they require an appointment. They were not overly helpful and couldn’t recommend another place that was open on Sunday. I heard the word “unfortunately” several times. I ended up going to the pilot truckstop just a few few blocks away.. I got right in and back on the road in no time. They were very professional and fast. I would recommend pilot if you needed any auto/tire service.

Listen, it’s gotta be pretty bad if I take the time and write a review. Firstly, I call ahead to make sure they can fit my vehicle for an alignment. Give them the wheelbase measurement, make model etc.. Got the confirmation it will fit, and made an appointment. We drop the vehicle off early and wait past the allotted time they told us it will take. I give them a call after waiting suspiciously long and ask them the status. They then proceeded to tell me that they didn’t do it because the vehicle was too big, and that it was ready for pickup, free of charge. Well, I’d hope they wouldn’t charge me after doing nothing 😂. They couldn’t give me a clear answer as to why I wasn’t called immediately and had to waste my day waiting for nothing. When I got there, all I got was a lot of hands on the

Had a terrible experience. Went in for a tire rotation today and had a 2 hour time slot appointment at 4:00. They come back 45 minutes later after helping a spontaneous customer saying they can’t do the work unless I get an alignment. I ask to get an alignment but they say they don’t have time for it today. Instead they accepted other customers and basically pushed me out the door. Farm & Fleet isn’t what it used to be.👎🏼👎🏼👎🏼 Terrible service, bad workman ship, and the lead mechanic had a bad attitude when all I did was trust Farm & Fleet for a tire rotation.

Blew a tire on our 5th wheel out on the interstate. We replaced it with the spare but wanted to make sure we had one again in case. Pulled up in front of the shop and my hubby gets out to approach the shop. 1st words out of the techs mouth is "We can't help you here". What do you mean? "We can't jack that up" I'm not asking you to. Just need the blown tire I already pulled off replaced. Didn't need the attitude. Despite the lack of pleasantries we were out of there in an hour. When inquiring about the military discount that was advertised he was bluntly informed that they don't do. This was the Service Mngr. If we ever have another blow out I think we'll press on and visit the next one.

Everyone in the repair department was super nice! I popped a tire in the middle of the night and was lucky enough to get in that morning. But they fixed it quick, answered all my questions and were very friendly!
