Blain's Farm & Fleet Tires and Auto Service Center - Ottawa, IL

Gone here for oil changes for years. Always a good experience. Usually takes around an hour for the oil change. They provide a report via email and haven't tried to upsell me services like the dealership constantly did. Usually runs me around $80 pre tax though for a 5 quart vehicle so a bit more than the advertised $65. But you can get a rebate through Valvoline for $20 so it evens out.

Had them do an inspection on my car today and they did an amazing job at explaining everything, even had pictures and videos so I could actually see what they were talking about. They were nice and made the experience less stressful.! Will definitely be using this place again.

Very good customer service, Different selection of everyday grocery store.

I had 4 new tires put on here, immediately after leaving the store, one of my tires went flat because the technician installed a tire with a leaky valve stem. A few weeks later, one of my tires split and Farm and Fleet Ottawa replaced it as well as replacing my sensor (which was also a faulty part.) Would never recommend this store, terrible service.

Store is very clean, nice selection.. people are friendly.. However, that being said.. they tried to divide the store up in a men's and women's half.. and this presents to be a pain in the butt. I have to go to one side of the store for my chicken products and then walk all the way to the opposite end for dog food.. oh and did I mention that the shoes are in the middle next to the chainsaws?.. Organization is NOT good. And prices are some what higher then other local places.
