Blain's Farm & Fleet Tires and Auto Service Center - Romeoville, IL

Had my oil change done here and it was excellent, but I also had my brakes checked and the mechanic himself came to me and let me know how wore down they are. So I had them change out the front brakes and the mechanic himself came out showed me the comparison of the old brakes. The mechanic also let me know about other small things about my vehicle. I’m from Florida and my wife and love going to blains when I’m in Illinois but this one is the best I have been too! Especially the automotive department!

I figured that since I lived in Lockport now I had a couple options for this store and I am glad I liked this one.. I like when the employees ask if you need help and they did. This store is really organized and clean. I am definitely coming to this location from now on.

I enjoy the variety of things they offer with good quality. Their tire and oil change service is great too..

I DON'T RECOMMEND THIS PLACE. Made appointment over the phone for 10 AM. Got here and stood around for 20 minutes while they were messing around with a printer. Technical difficulties are understandable but at least acknowledged your customers as the walk in. My truck did not make it inside the garage until 11:15 and sat on top of this cool machine that checks the alignment while the mechanic talked on his cell phone for another 11:30 minutes then my truck made it on the rack. I was walking around the store and found the same mechanic talking to someone near the spray lubricants section. Did not get out of here until 1235. Tire pressures were not adjusted to proper pressure either. 2 1/2 hours for oil change and rotation is absurd.

I recently had my tire repaired. My service date was Saturday 12/28/24. I scheduled my appointment on Thursday 12/26/24 when I spoke to a female representative on the phone this was the soonest she could get me scheduled which is understandable when an establishment is busy and closed for a Holiday. I also have bought new tires in the past and this tire shop keeps there promises explains cost and repairs efficiently. I have also had repairs done before too. The customer service provided by Aidan on Saturday was top notch. He was very knowledgeable and friendly. I was there for tire repair. The shop also went above and beyond to have tire pressure sensors replaced because my tire pressure monitors were not working. I asked if it was possible to do today and they were able to do it for me. W
