I've been waiting for 2 hours and half for tires replacement while the front desk told me 45 minutes. After a long wait, the manager came to me saying that I had to pay an extra $100 for alignment while it was included on the $1150 paid. Jus because they haven't checked their computer to find out. Took me almost a half day. Exhausted from waiting
