I've owned various Mercedes models for decades and usually go to my local dealership for service. I've had experiences with local shops as well and it's usually, you understand what you pay for in a discounted service. (No loaner options, less sophisticated service systems, non-OEM parts, etc. You know what I'm taking about. And depending on the service, it's worth it.) This was NOT the case with Blair. Right when I entered the shop it felt very clean and professional. A snack and refreshment bar was available and comfortable atmosphere. (Better than some MB Dealerships I've been to actually.) This shop was referred to me by a friend so I sent my mother for her VW to get a oil change and all she said was how nice and fast their attendance was to her vehicle and they even gave her a quote for a tuneup and let me tell you it was a third of the price of the dealership. She’s definitely going back! Especially love how they took care of my mother definitely recommend! Never going back to VW Dealership

Mercedes Service: Great 1st experience with facility. Work was done in a very professional manner without trying to upsale their services. Awesome oil change special with a courtesy wash. I will definitely return for vehicle service. Great alternative to dealerships.

I have always been someone who trusted the dealership to service my foreign car based on trust alone. However, Blair Automotive has completely changed that for me. I originally brought my vehicle in for a coolant leak, and from start to finish, the experience was nothing short of exceptional. Team went above and beyond. Very professional and kind. Great comfortable lounge area. Clearly shared all about the vehicle as a pre-purchase inspection. Luckily spotted what needed to be corrected prior to purchase. Will be taking vehicles to them for any repairs needed without a doubt!!!!
