Concourse Auto Service - Grapevine/Southlake

I brought my van in because the previous repair shop overfilled my oil in my van. You removed oil but yesterday for work I was at a military base, they made me open my hood and there was oil all over the engine. I know it was a cheap service but they could’ve cleaned it up. This a brand new van that should have received a little more care

I came in to get my car’s wheel alignment fixed, and the experience was solid from start to finish. I dropped my car off with them, and they completed the work on time. The service was good, and the overall process was smooth. Communication was fair and transparent. They took the time to discuss the issue with me, explain what was going on, and answer my questions, which I really appreciated. The problem was important to me, and they handled it well. After the alignment was fixed, my car drove just as good as it did before the issue. Overall, I’m satisfied with the service and would recommend them.

They earned a lifelong customer service is good they told me everything that was wrong with it and I told them what I wanted only to get fixed and they did it they weren’t pushy at all. They got right on it and got me rolling the same day. And even gave me a ride home after dropping off the car in the morning I’m sending all my family here. This place is the best in grapevine for mechanic work completely honest and transparent once I save up a little bit more money I’m gonna have them do more work on my car! They straight up get the job done no questions asked. I’m shocked I found a good mechanic!! Everything is 5 stars if I could give 10 stars I would!

Made my appointment the week before with no problems. Dropped my car off at 9:30 for a noise in my A/C unit. Brendan went to check if it may just be leaves. It was not. I left my car there and Kay, the lovely front office person, drove me to my office in Grapevine. I was informed that just to diagnose the issue the charge was $179. I personally thought this was a little high, but hey, they have to make their money somewhere. I didn’t hear back from them on what the issue was (bad A/C motor) until around 1 and it was ready around 3:45. Just be prepared to leave your car there most of the day or bring work with you, or have a friend pick you up. They do have someone to take you somewhere if you need it. The reception area is nice if you need to stay there. All in all a pleasant expe

My family has gone to Concourse for years, and have always spoken highly of their service. I took my K5 in today to work on my A/C. Got it running cold, and didn’t charge me an arm and a leg for a bunch of diagnostics. Honest people! Very satisfied! I’ll be back.
