I have a great experience when I purchase tires, get an oil change or any work at Blairs Ferry Tire. The whole team from front desk to service technicians are very upfront and honest. They have straight forward pricing. I appreciate they always ask questions and make sure I get the right tire type for me and my needs. They have never made me feel awkward or bad about asking what I think is a dumb question.

I went to get a slow leaking tire repair, I was told I needed 4 brand new tires, it was not fixable. Next day, I went to discount tire, to check prices, Discount tire found a very small FIXABLE, repair for my tire, FREE!!! VERY DISAPPOINTED AT BLAIRSFERRY TIRE. HIGHLY RECOMMEND DISCOUNT TIRE!!!!!

This place did what I asked and did a fine job. I had 2 tires dismounted and remounted on different rims and a leak fixed on an atv tire. It was $123. I'm only writing this because I could of had just as good of work done somewhere else for far cheaper. Again, if you like saving money go somewhere else. If money is no concern, go here and be happy.

I've taken my vehicles here since the shop opened and have had a few issues in the past but I overlooked it. This latest issue has driven me to leave a negative review. I took my car in for an alignment and the shop melted the boot on the CV joint. I took my car back (after I discovered it - they did not fess up when it happened) and the owner, Josh, took responsibility for the mishap and said he'd call me after he located a new part. Josh called back that day with the offer to fix it using a cheap off-brand part. Yes, my car is 24 years old and has 200k miles. But I have owned it for 16 years and always used OEM parts (I service it myself). Especially on half-shafts, the non-OEM simply do not last long. I was disappointed that the mechanic / staff tried selling me parts that were not necessary. Went in for a simple service and walked out with a $900 estimate.
