Purchased a used 1500 Silverado on new year eve day. Went well. Had to leave truck there to be inspected and detailed. We were told it would be delivered to us on Friday, Saturday, or Monday. Aware of the holiday, no news from the dealership on the status of the truck. Called them on Tuesday, weds. Very hard to talk with them. They didn’t return calls. Weds was told it would be delivered to us on Thursday. They would call first. Never called, but was delivered late Thursday. Truck was missing the adapter used to take off the special lug nut on the four tires. It had been there when we looked at the truck.also, didn’t have the 2nd key fob as was told it would be delivered to us. I called manager on Friday. Said he would check into it, has never called us back, and that was a week ago.
