Best service! Amber and Troy did outstanding in customer care in the service dept. They answered all my questions. Plus got the truck repaired the next day! Not to shabby for being an out of stater..from Virginia, when my truck broke down while on vacation. 5 stars is not a high enough rating! Plus the cost of repairs was very reasonable with complete explanations! Thank you!!!!

The wheels on my vehicle have two (2) bolt patterns that unfortunately can physically be mounted on the hub assemblies however only one (1) configuration is correct and is mounted flush to the brake rotor assembly. Three (3) of the four (4) wheels were mounted incorrectly resulting in severe vibration during my one (1) hour travel home which could have caused significant impacts to my vehicle or even myself. Discovered the issue when at home and had to re-mount the respective wheels. Additionally, I had to take my vehicle to a local shop to inspect and rebalance everything at an additional cost. Reached out to Blaise Alexander Muncy after I got home and corrected the issue with a pdf file to show how the certified mechanics incorrectly mounted my wheels resulting in the severe vibration,

We had to get a new key and key fob that needed programmed. The appointment was quick and very informative. Need to go back for trailer hitch replaced and programmed

We were sold "a lemon" according to GM & Chevrolet Support Center, yet this location has made the process of resolving our issue very cumbersome "which is a problem with some of these franchise locations" - both quotes from our customer service rep who has been trying to help us over the last year. I am writing this review because after buying 1 personal truck ("the lemon") and 3 service trucks for our small business last year, we've had to return to this location ~once per month to get our personal truck serviced due to repeat issues to the electrical system. According to GM & Chevy Support, 3 or more issues to the same system of the truck makes us eligible for the Repair, Replacement, Buy-back program as there are clearly systemic issues with the vehicle.
