Blake’s quickly helped me remove an abandoned vehicle from my property by Private Property Impound. Starr and Zack were very professional.

Really wish they would stop driving down my damn driveway at 2,3,4am looking for a vehicle. ALL of my damn cars here were paid in cash... every single of of them. Next call will be Kaufman County Sheriff... Stop Trespassing on people property

First off, to be considered a five star business you must do what's right as a professional business. A friend's car was repoed by them at my house. In the process the driver lowered his tow rig to low and crushed some of my driveway. I reached out to them and they asked for pictures and nothing was done, blew me off. I guess running around and destroying private property of people who have nothing to do with the repo is a great business practice of there's. How would you feel if it was your driveway? Guess I will have to let the attorneys handle this one. In my eyes, not a stand up business.

I must say this company is not the greatest, starting off with the customer service you receive from the very unwelcoming office staff. And when the appointment was made to get personal items out of the vehicle, they never discussed that they would just toss everything into a bag…including ashes of my stepdad. That is just disrespectful when I told the office staff on the phone where they were located.
