Hello Public, I just wanted to hop on here and share my experience with you all about this car wash that i regularly use. This car wash is always available 24/7 to use which is definitely convenient. Place is always clean and tidy and all machines are up and running ready for each wash consistently. The last time I went through the automatic car wash and purchased the soft touch wash. This one selected uses the brushes to gently clean around the car. In process of it doing its job it decided to lift my rear wiper arm up and continue to pull the wiper blade off I panicked! I then remembered that the owner always has his number posted on the garage doors in case of any problems. I called the number and spoke to the owner himself. Truck still not clean. Water is not hot. There's a lot of soap in the brush, which I used this time after spraying it with the spray hose. I use my card which was timed out when I wasn't finished. I had to swipe the card a second time which is very unusual. I used the pre-wash, which I appreciate having and then I use the wash, moving to lightly washing with the brush since I don't want to scratch my truck but I wanted to try and get the dirt off. I rinse it down twice. Then when I got home I saw that the brush didn't get the dirt off. That might be my fault for not pushing hard on it but I used pre-wash twice and washed it with the sprayer with the wash itself and then I hit it with the brush and it still didn't come clean. Several times in the past two years. Twice the car wash took money but didn’t work. Called and was told ….next time you are there you will get a free wash. Really? From the invisible man? Car wash worked fine today but the vacuum in the back of the lot ……2.00……and it hardly had any suction. This has happened several times. I’m done. Hard lesson learned unfortunately.

I went to his car wash and used my debit card, it charged me $13 and did not provide the service. I swiped it in the wash it yourself. Bay. It's crazy that it charged me $13 and didn't provide the car wash. That is theft. This car wash is a joke and I would not recommend anyone to use it unless you want your money taken without the service being provided. I filed a dispute with my bank and I will definitely get my money back. I will never ever come to this car wash again as it's a joke. Nobody was here when I was here because I looked around. The only people that were here were the ones washing their cars. This did in fact charge my bank account $13. For starters. There is no directions that I can see. All it says is swipe your card. Amazing! This car wash is always kept clean and tidy. The vacuum machines actually suck up the crumbs on the floor of your car. The monthly car wash is extremely handy when you don’t have the time clean your car weekly.
